HP-2 pump unit assembly line launched
A new automated assembly line for HP-2 pump units has been launched at the production site, serving the oil‑and‑gas and power industries. The line covers the full assembly cycle, including pressing, sealing, and final pressure testing up to 25 MPa. With robotic stations and a computer‑vision quality control system, throughput has increased by 40% while manual labour has been cut by 70%. The first batches have already been shipped to customers, and series production is set to reach 1,200 units per month by the end of the quarter.
Control panel PNL-1 gained Modbus support
The PNL-1 control panel has received a firmware update that adds built-in support for Modbus RTU and TCP protocols. This enables seamless integration into existing SCADA and building management systems, ensuring reliable data exchange with variable-frequency drives, sensors, and PLCs. The new functionality allows remote monitoring of equipment parameters and real-time setpoint adjustments without process interruption. The update is available for all PNL-1 units manufactured since 2024 and can be installed via USB port or over the network.
